Lower-located fluting unit with hydraulic locking
The quick-roll-change cartridge device is driven by hydraulic motor. It makes roll positioning accurately without damage.
Pneumatic engaging/disengaging to steam joints during cartridge change. Quick pins locking and composed seals realize favorable change and reliable sealing.
Self-circulating glue feeding system, glue-level inspecting device prevents overflow.
Motorized glue dams adjustment for different web widths
Motorized adjustment for glue quantity. Automatic speed-related glue quantity control with digital readout. Manual adjustment is also available. Multi-formula option system is open for operators.
Automatic web breakage detection function
Applicator roll, 30 LPI, hard chrome-plated and ground
