3. Cutting machine adopts inlaid front steel blade knife spiral structure, serrated knife. scissors, shears, shear force, long blade life.
4. Around feed rollers are used the sun gear platen way, smooth delivery, pressure evenly, easy to crush plate board or cause blockage.
5. Exact and adjustable no gap gear to ensure precise blade engagement, running balance.
6. Knife roller: fine quality forged steel material, the balanced, with good stability.
7. Germany Bryant servo motor drive controller, Taiwan Eview yield 10.4 inches color touch screen display, the project at a glance.
8. Cutting length: 500mm-9000mm, cutting precision: ± 1mm (at steady speed).
Features
Automatic synchronization of cardboard’s speed; fixed length cut –off as its basic function; Automatic order change; Italian branded permanent magnet synchronous AC servo motor and German branded servo controller adopted for high efficiency and precision cutoff.
Optional color mark tracking system is used if preprinted liner paper is put into production.
VF control of feed-in and feed-out
Variable frequency motor and inverter control used for cardboards’ feed-in and feed-out on this machine. Timing belt transmission; PU wheels used for cardboard pressing at feeding; Automatic synchronization of conveying speed and cardboard real speed.
Touch-screen monitor
Standard 5.7″ touch-screen monitor and friendly HMI on operator console is used for on-site operating.
