Machine introduction:
This machine is manual operation and vacuum absorption auxiliary lead edge feeding system. It can slot, cut the corner, cut the extra side and press the lines of the corrugated cardboard. The slotting width is electric adjustment, and it attached a ruler
that the scale can be read easily. The slotting phase adjustment is planetary gear structure. The machine adopts 360°electric
adjustment. The up and down slotting knives and creasing knives can move synchronously. Adopt multi-group communication type
computer adjustment, main computer adopt big screen PLC control. Hanging plate with foot type on-off. Scorer wheels are pre-press
and double press. This small machine is easy to operate and repair easily which is specialized for slotting small boxes.

Main structure and features:
1. Automatic corrugation machine the paper feeding shafts adopt rubbure roller with knurling, the pressure adjustment adopt eccentric wheels adjustment, left-right eccentric wheels pressure can be adjusted synchronously.
2. The sheet pushing plate adopt left right two sides baffles and back guard to fix the sheets, can avoid the above sheet moving malpostion when feeding the bottom sheet which will bring the wrong slotting. The baffles can fix different quality sheets, make sure the machine can feed in more steadily.
3. Automatic corrugation machine adopt electrical planetary gear phase adjustment to adjust the sheets size, can adjust directly without machine stop.
4. The rotary diecutter can die cut different shape cartons. With the slotting rings device.
