SMBD-SJ On line Lifting slitter scorer machine, The more shafts thin blade slitter scorer adopt two shafts in front and back of the slitter, can minimize the length of paperboard, is suitable to the common paper and the small baffle paper. 3. Main configuration:
1. Can set processing paper qty, automatic stop the feeding after finishing.
2. Suitable to the long paper slitting creasing.
3. Electrical adjustment of the slitting blade work width, automatic locking, dual guide shafts, dual locking air cyliner, steady running, easy to adjust. Has the inlay o-ring seal, dust-proof, reduce the failure rate.

5. Adopt eight rolls, two roll-rang feeding, then scoring ,easy to adjust. It can do slitting only without scoring, avoid error conveying when scoring later. Can choose automatic or manual sharpening of blade.

Features and characteristics:
1. Main part: adopts double rubber rollers pull feeding, then slitting, after that the other pair of rubber rollers lead the paper to the scoring shafts to score. Paperboard runs steadily and the scoring line is very clear and straight, it is a important processing for making fine carton box.

1.Used thin blade slitting paperboard to avoid burr and be flattened. Finished cardboard is flat and smooth and free from burrs and press flatten, good straightness, improve quality and appearance of cardboard.
2.Automatic sharpening blades, cutting and grinding at the same time. Keep the sharpness of blade and increase working efficiency.
3.Scorer with the martin technique of French, no tear for high, medium, and low-grade cardboard.
