Main Features
1. Adopt high quality foam type casting HT250 material, main parts use 700-2 material which has the high density, more thick and bigger cutting pressure. Each machine is about 400kg heavier than common type.
2. The whole machine adopts China famous brand HRB bearings, with heat treated,angle change position designing, to reach the high strength and better occlusion.
3. Sliding bearings are made of high quality alloy copper, abrasion resistant and shake reducing. Bearing shaft adopts ZCuZn40Pb2 material.
4. High cutting pressure, moving-bed can be opened to its optimum, angle bigger than 160°, so the operation is more easy and safe.
5. This machine brake is sensitive and has four safety insurance methods, keep the operator more safe.
6. Automatic oil supplying system.

8. Have 3 functions of pressing and cutting for single sheet, continuous sheets and opening dwell. The dwell time can be adjusted.
